What is littleroyals™ Magical Experience?

Our set is designed with real props that are highly interactive to immerse your child in the story, where your child steps into their very own fairytale. We strive our best to make and create an unforgettable memories and that your children will have an incredibly positive and uplifting experience that everyone will remember for years to come.
For many children – simply BEING a FAIRY, FISHERMAN, PRINCESS or meeting SANTA is their ULTIMATE WISH!
Portraits are a piece of our history and tell a story about your life and your lineage.
What ages are recommended for the FAIRY or FISHERMAN experience?
Our interactive experience for Fairy or Fisherman is designed and most magical for ages 4-8. These are the ages where they can interact, can follow instructions and have the best Adventure experience and are not too old for their childhood imagination.
What if I have younger or older child that wants to be in the Fairy or Fisherman experience?
We understand each of our families have different ages. We can accommodate 3-17 years old. Additionally for those younger and or older ages, we are still able to create magical portraits but it will be more of a traditional photoshoot compared to an interactive experience.
How do I best prepare?
Please plan your session that works well with your smallest child’s “best time”. Our goal is to not only give you amazing artwork to cherish but an amazing experience you and your child will remember.
What should I wear?
We provide the dresses (for Fairy), overalls (for fisherman), flower crowns and wings (for Fairy), and any other props necessary. If you want to bring your own clothing, you may absolutely. Please keep in mind the appropriate colors and design. No busy designs or logos(such as stripes, polka dots, plaid, etc.) We do not recommend wearing “Disney” Costumes. Your child is the main character. They are the hero of their adventure.
What dress sizes and overalls do you have? (for Fairy and Fisherman)
We carry sizes 3T to size 12 (girl’s size). You can bring your own clothing if you are unsure.
What about hair and makeup?
We ask all clients to prepare their own hair and makeup prior to arrival.
What if my child does not end up participating in the FAIRY OR FISHERMAN session?
This is why age 4 years and older is SO important. While our Adventure guides will try to help your child enjoy and participate in their experience, we cannot guarantee their engagement. If we are unable to capture portraits of your child during their experience, we can re-schedule you. The reservation fee will transfer to a new appointment and become a studio credit during your ordering appointment. Not rescheduling is considered a same-day cancellation and will forfeit your reservation fee entirely.
When or How do I see and select my images? (IN PERSON VIEWING)
Following your experience you will select your favorite portraits and decide what you would like (wall portraits, storyboards, storybooks) in our viewing gallery up on the large theater projection.

Reserving a Date/Time for your Appointment
Because we create a truly unique Portrait Experience, we are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients. We block out time with our studio and staff for every appointment, hence the need to collect a reservation holding fee to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients. The Reservation Fee must be paid by everyone and reserves the time with our Team to give your child(ren) a happy and memorable experience. This fee also helps our studio prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
Due to the limited number of available experiences we have and staff scheduled just for your experience, We have a 2-week reschedule policy. Rescheduling an appointment with less than two weeks notice will result in a $49.99 rescheduling fee.
Permanently cancelling any part of the appointment will forfeit the reservation fee.
What is your late policy?
Our team comes together to give you and your family an unforgettable experience. We want every child to experience the full time of magic, because we put so much effort into giving each child the most magical experience, arrivals after 10 minutes will be automatically rescheduled and your reservation holding fee becomes a studio credit during your ordering appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. We hope you understand. We want to value each other’s time.
What should I expect at the Session?
This experience is unlike any other! You get a one-on-one private experience of your little one. Unforgettable memories and a Stress Free Experience! Your child will be the STAR of the day, so please refrain from interjecting or calling out to your child during their experience. They will be guided by their own Adventure Guides where they will have fun, joy and laughter so that every time you look at the finished artwork of your child/ children on your wall it makes you feel amazing because of the personality you see in it.
How long is my child’s Fairy or Fisherman Experience?
Our magical adventure experience are booked back to back all day long and we have allowed up to 30-40 minutes for your child’s experience, this includes dressing up and going on their fairytale adventure. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your portrait experience, dressed and ready for your visit.
When will we see and How do I order my Portrait Artwork? (IN PERSON VIEWING SESSION)
Immediately following your child’s adventure experience, you will get to see and choose your favorites that will become your art piece. This will take up to 1 hour image review. So please allow a total of up to 2 hours in your schedule (both your child’s adventure and your viewing).
What kind of Artwork will be offered at littleroyals™ magical experience and what makes it different?
Self esteem confidence building is our goal for all the artwork we provide. We focus on your child’s adventure. It is all about them. You are getting much more than photoshoot, you are getting memories that will last a lifetime. We have something for everyone to help your children remember this magical moment in their lives. There are options for every family. Our most popular Storybook bound with genuine leather, signature wrap design portraits and storyboards and our Royal Fairytale Portrait finished with oil in a handcrafted museum quality frame. Portrait artwork starts at $415. Rest assured we have options for everyone to get what they want.
Are you able to work with special needs children?
We are very happy to work with children with special needs and will accommodate in any way we can. Please be aware that our experience room is separate from the waiting room. Please tell us in advance so we can prepare for your child’s magical adventure.
Is the Session Fee per family or per child?
We can accommodate up to 3 siblings in the themed set in 1 reservation fee. If more than 4 children, please book another session back to back so we can create magic with no rush.
Note **If you would like images of extended family, like a cousins picture for Grandma, we will happily book their paid session after yours / back to back and at the end and include a group posing at no additional charge. Each family unit will be required to have their own session booked.

What type of investment should I be expecting to make?
We are not just a typical picture or photograph studio, you are getting memories that will last a lifetime through fine art pieces. Littleroyals™ produces exquisite Fine Portrait Art meant to last generations. Children who see themselves in beautiful portraits displayed on the wall at appropriate sizes have a stronger sense of well-being and importance. Every portrait from our studio is hand-touched by a Master Artist who creates vivid and magical portrait art pieces. Most families choose a Storybook or a wall portrait collection to remember this very special time depending how they’re looking to impact their child’s life. Small portrait artwork starts at $350 and wall collections package start at $1,000 (note that this is not always offered). Most clients invest between $1,000 to $3,000. Some families invest $5,000+. You are not obligated to purchase anything in addition to your session. Payment plans are available.
All artwork is carefully designed. To best set your expectations, artwork may take 8 weeks for our Storybook, Portraits & Storyboards and 4-6 months for our Masterpiece finish.

We recognize that everyone’s needs are different, therefore we don’t have a price list to send out as all portrait collections are unique to each client. We price everything during your viewing and selection appointment because pricing and discounts varies depending upon the finish, size, and quantity of what you select, and every person wants something different. We offer a range of portrait art beginning at $350.
