Welcome to a Royal Christmas with Santa Claus!
This is a Christmas experience unlike any other! Our little guests don’t even realize they’re being photographed. Santa Claus Experience is truly something magical. We create fine art heirlooms to remember these special moments in time so we can always revisit these warm and fuzzy memories. We are not just a typical picture or photograph studio, you are getting memories that will last a lifetime through fine art pieces or our incredibly popular custom storybooks telling the story of those who are most important in your life, your children.
Our luxury fine art studio is located in the heart of Sioux Falls across from the Old Courthouse museum. Come visit us and walk away with memories that will last a lifetime.
Ages?
Our interactive experience is designed and most magical for ages 4-10. These are the ages where they can interact and are not too old for their childhood imagination. However, we understand each of our families have different ages. We do serve ages 11-16. Additionally for those older ages we are still able to create magical portraits, but it will be more of a traditional photoshoot compared to an interactive experience. We are a children’s photography studio only.
Wardrobe?
We provide pajama sets and nightgown and any other props necessary.
PAJAMA SETS:
Buffalo Check pajamas: sizes 3 – 12 + Adult size XS, S, M, L,
Green Silk pajamas: sizes 4-12
If you’re unsure on whether or not we have a size for your child, please bring your own.
Can I bring my pajama/nightgown?
Yes! If you want to bring your own, you may absolutely. Please keep in mind the appropriate colors and design. We recommend solid colored Christmas pajamas, deep reds and greens look great on our set.
What’s included?
Your session fee includes a special one on one time with Santa Claus which include at least 7 fun interactions (this is what makes your Storybook Album) including your child’s name on the nice list, peek into his magic bag, and so much more! Plus a personalized certified Nice List certificate to bring home.
What is the Experience?
The experience is for immediate family only (siblings only).
How long is the Santa Claus Experience?
Plan to be at our studio for approximately an hour and 30 minutes. After your child’s experience, you will have the opportunity to view the portraits in our viewing theater.
How long will my child spend with Santa?
A private and personal session with Santa Claus is 15 minutes of dedicated time.
Will we see our images right after my child’s experience?
Following the experience you will select your favorite portraits and decide what you would love (wall portraits, storyboards, storybooks) in our viewing room. This will be your time to order any additional works of art. Because of demand your viewing time will be the only time to order what you like. Please have all decision makers present.
Investment?
You are under no obligation to purchase, however most of our clients plan to invest in one of our wall portraits, storyboards, or storybooks.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Due to the amount of artistry involved in every image no matter the finish, excellence takes time. Sessions that take place in November or December will receive their heirloom artwork after the Christmas holiday.
For our Magical Portraits, Storyboards, and Storybook Albums: 8-12 weeks
For our Royal Fairytale finish: 4 – 6 months

No, we will ship it to you!
What type of investment should I expect?
Although no purchase is necessary, most people fall in love with what we create and want to have these images as a keepsake to look back on forever…long after their children outgrow the magic of Santa. Some families spend $600, others spend $6,000+, a typical investment at our studio is $1,400. You can see what we offer here: Investment
Policies
What is your late policy?
You must be on time for your session, because we put so much effort into giving each child the most magical experience, arrivals after 10 minutes will be forfeited. Our sessions are booked back to back all day long and we operate at full capacity.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Due to the seasonality of this experience, your session fee is non-refundable. Any reschedule requests must be done 2 weeks prior to your appointment. You may reschedule if there is an available date in that same month and weekday/weekend.
PLEASE NOTE: Santa is in our studio for a limited time only. We cannot accommodate moving appointments between months.
Are you able to work with special needs children?
Yes, we are able to work with special needs children. Just be advised that the waiting room and experience room are completely separate.
